Pink grapefruit, avocado and prosciutto salad.

I'm having the girls over tonight to celebrate my friend's birthday. I'm on main and pud, the others on nibbles, cake and cheese.

This salad accompanies lasagne and garlic bread, while the pud is lemon and lime posset with raspberries and chocolate cream biscuits. ( There might be some leftover, so I might be able to blip them tomorrow. - assuming the kids haven't eaten them all....)

This salad is another recipe from the Hairy Bikers yellow book.
