Lamb Belly
Dinner at the Sibton White Horse. The meal was a complete success. I had a sunblush tomato risotto followed by this Lamb Belly stuffed with minced lamb and apricots. Delicious.
The pub has won the Suffolk Food Pub of the year again in 2015, based on tonight's food I can understand why
