Orchid

The camera club had a field trip today to the botanical gardens. A small group turned up. We started in the hot house where I photographed this orchid. the hothouse was more like a sauna, beads of sweat were soon trickling off my face, I'd say I was a tad over dressed for the hot house today. Soon went outside to a cooler environment. The weather was superb, probably one of the last great days of summer although its officially autumn.
