A wonderful pink bouquet

Brought to me by my wonderful friend Elizabeth to cheer me up. I so appreciated it. What a lovely caring thing to do. Love that girl!!

My doctor has told me not to go to physio at the moment, as it clearly not helping, but I'm so missing Mel's soothing massage on my neck and back.

Went into town to see Ben performing at the school show which was called 'Retro'. It covered music from 1965 - 2015, the years that their school has been in existence. It really was a smashing show which we really enjoyed.
