Eli and the First Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day mummy,
This one is your first.
Because of me your heart (and bladder) could burst.

The day started with an early rise
And there on the table was your surprise.
Daddy helped me write the card.
What to say, we thought long and hard:
'I love you more than my maraca'
I hope you'll keep it forever after.

At 7am we went for a snooze.
Daddy still sleeping, If you booze you lose.
We made granny a present with paper and glue.
Then daddy made dinner on the barbecue.

I had a great day, I hope you did too.
