Sushi Girl

Busy day, Agnes was still a little under the weather so didn't go to pre-school.

Instead we went to Lyttleton where we had a coffee, Geoff had breakfast and Agnes demolished the best part of a sausage roll.

In a great shop there we bought two unused original kimonos for $40 or £20. Geoff has nabbed one and Maddie has the other. I think we may head back for more.

The we went to the only shop in Christchurch that measures feet and sells children's Clarks shoes. Agnes left with a nice new pair of 7.5.

Then into Riccarton Westfield to get a chain and stoppers for Geoff's new man bracelet. While there Agnes declared she wanted sushi. We bought her the chicken sushi she said she liked and after she carefully put soy sauce on it she demolished all four large rolls plus two small ones much to the fascination of several people around us. That done she requested some water.

Then we visited the pier at brighton where we bought dome spring onions for Maddie and Agnes requested kiwi fruit and some ham. I must admit this isn't the sort of food my four requested and think it is brilliant.

Home where she and Geoff sat on the settee reading their individual books for quite a while.

She is now in bed singing Postman Pat quite loudly.
