Squelch!

This morning my walking group went for a walk in the Pool Quay area near Welshpool. It was lovely to see primroses in the bank - such beautiful springtime flowers!  We saw a buzzard standing a few yards away from us, it must have been ill or it would have gone long before we saw it.

When we were part way round the walk the rain started pelting down adding to the considerable mud on the paths. One lady slipped in the mud as she stepped off a stile, she wasn't hurt but her back was covered in mud.

The shot is of one of the wet and muddy paths through a field, these two were trying to find a less wet way of getting to the field gate!

It's sad that Blip has gone into administration, fingers crossed that it won't disappear.
