Day from hell starting at 7.00am with a disorganised laser clinic everyone pointing fingers at each other then mad dash to Livingston for a GP cardiology talk then anther mad dash down to Peebles to host an ENT conference. Home for 10pm exhausted
Need a cave to curl up in to recover
