Meat free Monday?

It seems rather trivial to post food photos, when I hear our dear Blipfoto has been declared insolvent. I really don't understand!

This is my adaptation of an Ottolenghi recipe. I didn't have time to roast the carrots as suggested. They are flavoured with coriander seeds, cumin, honey and fresh coriander. I served them with goats' cheese. Very yummy
