Norn

Out for a leaving lunch (yet another one!) at the Red Poppy in Strathpeffer. Behind the Pavillion there are 3 wooden carved statues. This one of a Norn (Viking Goddess) particularly caught my eye. As far as I can tell they were carved by Alister Brebner from Douglas Fir Trees. I'm not entirely sure on the link to Strathpeffer but I'm sure there is a very good one.

Random Bits and Bobs

-Minis are not designed to fit 4 adults in. Good job the trip for lunch wasn't for long
-Friends coming to stay this weekend. Not seen them in quite a while so always good to catch up. They definitely picked a good weekend to come up!
