Sprout hash

This is my tea.

Sprout & kale hash.

I now know I am officially maturing because:

A) I have discovered that I really like sprouts;
B) I would genuinely choose fruit cake over chocolate cake;
C) I drink more sherry than wine (dry and sophisticated natch); and
D) I'm obsessed with folk musicians from Newcastle.

Now ... Where did I leave my plug-in, big heated slipper and slanket?k
