Nothing like celebrating the Memorial Day Weekend holiday and the return of hazy, hot and humid summer weather with a BBQ.

Grilled Mediterranean marinated lamb chops, greek-style chicken breast, jalapeno chicken sausage, salad, new potatoes and a spicy meat pasta.

Unfortunately I happened to catch that awful "Oh shit I've dropped a lamb chop on the floor" moment. I wonder who got to eat it as it was tossed straight back on the barbie. Waste not want not!
