Stagnant fragments

A bowl of rainwater in the yard - I disturbed it and the film of stuff on top broke up - initially in a way that looked, to me, a bit like ice floes. By the time I'd retrieved my camera it'd broken up a lot more and looked like this, but still seemed visually interesting enough to merit a picture..
