We did see it......

......just. We set off to walk the dogs, the sky was thick with cloud, as we drove towards Workington the sky got darker and darker and felt quite eerie. Didn't expect to see anything of the eclipse but as we walked through  Hall park the clouds cleared enough for me to get a few pictures, then the sun came out fully and we have a lovely sunny spring day again.

Bonus: Got home and checked the pond - One lot of spawn and lots of froggy activity in the sunshine.
