Ice cream anyone?

I made it to the Saturday market today and I found a place to sit and just observe all that was happening around me.

As the venders were setting up, many food venders like this walked up and down the road selling to the other venders.

This is coconut ice cream. It's milk free and very tasty. If you ask for an ice cream sandwich, they will get 2 pieces of bread out and put the coconut ice cream in it. A very literal ice cream sandwich!
