EFB

Really, its been light all day, and I still haven't managed a decent blip. I found myself, as usual, ambling around the house, camera in hand, searching for a blip, just as it is getting dark. Never mind. Tomorrow I will try harder, I promise. 

Marc and I went for a shortish cycle to Shoreham and back, it was pretty hard going into the wind, but I am just starting to notice the effects of my regular exercise, and it definitely felt easier than last time. Then Dan B came over for me to check his DBS form, it was nice to catch up with him. And now I am looking forwards to finishing House of Cards tonight.
