One of the Flat-backed Millipedes of which there are a number of species which are difficult to tell apart. 

Millipedes have two pairs of legs per segment, as illustrated here, whereas Centipedes have just the one.

Likely to be living under a rock near you, this one is only about 25mm long, so don't go having nightmares.
