Freesias to the rescue

Tea time was imminent and I was frantic for a Blip. It has been a busy weekend, putting in a new window yesterday and taking out old kitchen cupboards today - neither are photogenic activities, really and it was weeing down outside, with the light almost gone

Thank the Blip for my forethought in buying Freesias last Tuesday! 

Here they are on the windowsill with the rain on the new window behind. All bases covered! (except for the kitchen base unit which is now in several pieces, having required a saw to get it out of a very tight corner.) Some weekends are best when they are done, if you ask me.
