Thursday Night Dinner

Almost every Thursday night I have this for dinner.. It's called Shui Zhu Rou Pianr (sort of pronounced shoe-ay joo row pee-arr). It is, as you can see by the chilli on top, a very spicey but delectable pork dish. On top is sliced cong (tsoong) then the pork and underneath is boc choy and loads of it. The people in the restaurant are awesome and so is this dish. A small plate of peanuts, a small bowl of rice and a beer and the meal is complete..
