A decent start to the week. The sun was shining, Monday morning office moans were minimal. What more can you ask?

As I was driving home I spotted something by the side of the road. As I got closer too it I could see it was a pheasant. Squashed flat. Stupid birds. Then I spotted it's mate on the verge, just a few inches away, just sitting looking. Probably in shock. Poor thing. My heart of stone melted briefly. I must be going soft in my old age ;)
