Stepping Stones

Spotted this beautiful piece of applique? patchwork? in the window of Stepping Stones a project that works with young adults with learning disabilities. It's a view of Norwich Castle and the mound in front of it.

Got confirmation this morning that I'm going to be making my debut with Norwich Ukulele Society on 4th June at one of the Jubilee street parties that are happening in Norwich. It's not the hellish event that is being planned at the road at the bottom of our street but a very nice, arty one about 10 mins walk away (she said, snottily).

I don't really fancy wearing a tiara or jewels but would be up for dressing as a corgi if the weather is not too hot. I already have a pair of brown and white ears attached to a headband that would be simply perfect.
