Bit of a rush to edit this tonight (so apologies if it's not quite right) but I need to go lie down! Nearly killed myself in the making of it.

In my rush to get in front of the camera I fell off some rocks. Black and blue down one side. Think I'm getting more accident prone in my old age. Sprained my foot on the way down. Bit of a painful ride home.

Doubt I'll be going anywhere tomorrow.
