Spitfire Mk Vb...work in progress!

As my husband convalesces, he is making gentle progress with his Airfix model Spitfire, the good news is that the engine is now in and as you can see it has the proper Rolls Royce engine!  (Never having constructed an Airfix kit myself,  I have been surprised at the attention to detail found in the component parts).   Also see my entry as below: https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2023118933753595376

I'm reliably informed that there is some filling, sanding and painting to be done, after which, I'm sure the finished article will be a blip subject in due course. (Watch this space NickMog!)
