Nidderdale

Another early start! First stop was a specialist music shop in Cleckheaton, where we left some mandolins for sale. Then on to Leeds to meet with Tom and Lu (my son and daughter) for coffee and cake. Very good to see them both!

Home the long way round, stopping off in Pool (near Otley) for a walk by the river with Louie, in Pateley Bridge for a late lunch, and in Alnwick to do some essential food shopping.

Watched two red kites soaring above the road as we left Leeds, and another by the river at Pool - fabulous birds!
