The First Run

My battle to readdress the balance between my cardiovascular disability and the copious amount of sugar I consume took an unexpected turn tonight. 

In other news, there's no news from blipland...  Lots of loyal people waiting waiting and hoping still. 

I'm away to consume more sugar.
