Heavy skies over Ingleborough

Excellent Spring day on the fells today - a slow learning ascent of Penyghent saw us rewarded with far reaching views one moment, snow the next and an artic wind to follow.
Down via Hunt Pot and already the rare little alpines are starting to appear - the hill was alive with Curlews, Wheatears and Skylarks - but I don't think the Peregrine is resident yet.

The day seemed to get nicer & nicer - so I thought it would simply be rude not to show my client the iconic view of Ingleborough - but the looming sky told us we needed to get a move on - well that & a pressing need for coffee & cake.
