VERY tasty too.

We keep hearing that there's more to Brussels than Sprouts. This year's crop is busy winding down, so i thought we'd give the tops a go.
There is now an elephant of doubt in my mind as to whether they shouldn't be grown JUST for their very tasty tops.
And you have to admit, what's left is quite picturesque.
