Derelict Thursday

There was definitely four seasons in one day today.  We had snow first thing which didn't last long before it turned to rain and mist.  By late morning the sun came out and it was beautiful, if a little windy for the rest of the day.

I had an appointment this morning with a physical terrorist physiotherapist to work on my frozen shoulder.  There has been a wee bit of an improvement since my last appointment six weeks ago and I now have more exercises to do so it's all good.
