Papped Records

So, farewell then John Renbourn. It was only a few weeks ago that I'd seen him and he was on such good form. I wasn't aware that he passed away when we popped along to Summerhall to see Broken Records. The start of MrP's weekend. Bloody excellent, so they wir. And the son's pals were there - one of whom was blowing the trumpet. So one of my companions, the brazen photographer, got him to sign some merch at the end. And Jamie Sutherland, the main man, was just passing so he was pressed into action too. The well practised behaviour of the experienced ligger.
So, that was the first of the, 'Nothing Ever Happens Here' gigs, y'see. No bad for a tenner. And a very accessible bar. Five stars, then!
