New Bishop

A historic moment today as Gloucester got a woman Bishop, the Venerable Rachel Treweek. 
I was assigned to get a few pics as she visited a hospice, before covering the service to welcome her to the cathedral. This portrait was grabbed in literally 10 seconds, the time I told her press secretary I could do my photos when she was wanting to leave for another appointment.
I shot three different portraits, this my favourite. Later in the day I had 3 minutes to shoot photos of her outside the Cathedral, plenty of time then eh...?
