Spring stuff

Whenever I walk to work (a not-so-daily-but-almost habit), I pass by these plants.

Most of the year, they're just a bunch of plain thin leaves, but when Spring comes, though, these beautiful fluffy seeds (or so they seem to me) show up. I love them.
