A Little Bit Over The Top!!

This is a new grave that has just been finished in the cemetery.

As you can see it's a lot higher than the other graves around it.  There are height restrictions, and the monumental masons have to submit any plans to the council and get their permission, before they are allowed to start.

So, obviously it must be legal.  But it's a bit over-powering, and I think rather spoilt the look of the cemetery.
