You'll Never Walk Alone...

Visited Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral on our last day in the city. Below its lofty position is St James Gardens which is also a cemetery.

From the cathedral you walk down the steep path and through a tunnel cut into the rock. Headstones line each side of the path and gives you the sense of descending into the unknown.

The garden also has a natural spring that comes out the wall and a memorial for William Huskisson MP, who became the first person to be killed on the railway in 1830
