A Day at the Races

Went to the Dubai World Cup racing today, it was a really good day out. It's a little odd going to the races when there is no betting allowed.
There were an awful lot of hats and fascinators on show and all the beautiful people were out dressed to the nines. In comparison I think I was dressed to the 7.5's.
When I arrived at the race track there were two of the horses from Warhorse outside the front of the main stand, they are really amazing, particularly close up. Somehow all you see is a real horse, even though you can clearly see the people working it.
