Simple salad

Baby lettuces, blanched green beans, red pepper, spring onion, cannellini beans, spring onions, chantennay carrots, boiled miniature potatoes, vine tomatoes and flaked smoked mackerel... drizzled with olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
