sleeping beauty .....

Simba should have been my blip for today as he has not been well.  But when I saw Zazu sleeping on my newspaper I had to blip him.  Again.

We had to take Simba to the vet tonight because, as I said above, he has not been well.  If it's not one cat, it's another!! 

The vet found an ulcer on Simba's tongue so she is concerned that he is having kidney failure.  (We have since found out that he doesn't!) Based on the fact that he has the ulcer and has had little to no appetite (who can blame him!) and has been sleeping non-stop, they are going to be doing a whole panel of tests ~ a senior wellness panel. He is 15 years old. 

So the waiting game is back on.  Only this time it's for Simba.
