Never let the truth get in the way of a good story

A couple of months back,this house sold for hundreds of thousands below its real value.Why? Because it was sold "As Is Where Is".Now there is no mention of that.
Earthquake damage and no insurance available,it is now "Charm of a bygone era"Amazing what a coat of paint will do.
Hope the buyer has a good lawyer.
