Tulips....

.....and daffodils, a gift from Lucy. Who for the first time drove home from Cheltenham. She had a short stop and said her arms were aching from being a little tense but all arrived safely and smiling. Both her and Alex were delighted there is no more lugging suitcases on coaches and trains for their visits.

The morning was spent doing housework duties and a chilled afternoon finishing my book and now ready to start No. 4 of the C J Sansom series. Mr C popped off to see his old rugby team play, and took Ruby with him.

The day was finished by everyone being home, a lovely meal and a games night. Bliss!
