Daffs

These are 'Spellbinder' variety daffodils. I bought them many years ago having seen them in a floral display. I loved the greeny-yellow tinge to the petals which is almost luminous.
Unusually for me, I went to some trouble and tracked down the owner of the display, found out the variety and searched bulb catalogues till I found them.
We've had them now for about 20 years so they've been good value! I love some of the more unusual varieties of daffodils , the ones with pink trumpets can be lovely. Spring flowers are such a joy after a drab winter.
