Here at last!

Today was an adventure. We caught the TGV (fast train) from Marseille in the south of France to Lille on the border with Belgium. The journey took around 5 hours and I clocked the train at 290kmh at one point. Very interesting to see the countryside change as we headed north. Onto the Eurostar at Lille and we enjoyed a very relaxing zip under the channel to London. Topped the day off with a walk around London at night to capture this photo.
