Disused Railway Structures #1

Busy day - still double dog walking shifts and also preparing for Mrs madwill's pop-sup shop tomorrow.

My cold, which I thought had retreated yesterday, has come back and I now have a chesty cough - nice!

I went to Tadcaster to buy some baking supplies as there are cakes to be made for the shop cafe tomorrow ....yumm!

On the way I went via this old railway bridge near Newton Kyme. There must be hundreds of these on disused lines around the country (probably many more still in use).

This one formed part of the Church Fenton to Harrogate line, operating from 1847 until 1964.
