Ann and I spent a fruitless morning trying to get Homebase to accept their discount voucher for some wardrobe sliding doors. I finally rang them and was informed that do-it-yourself wardrobes were not classed as furniture therefore not valid for the discount voucher *sigh*.

After lunch Pete left for Penarth and I left for the Hospice Shop. As it’s Mono Monday I took a pic of this bookshelf in the corner of the room groaning under the weight of old books.

After 'work' I met Ann in Nero for coffee; it started raining just as we were leaving.

We had quiche and roasted red onions with sweet potato for tea.
