It didn't last

The view around noon today from platform one as I waited for the train into Edinburgh. Needless to say, by the time I actually got into town the rain had started falling.

It didn't entirely spoil the day – a bit of shopping, a bit of art gallery and a bit of a chinwag with a friend helped make the afternoon pass quickly.
Pity the rain didn't pass quickly, it decided to stick around unfortunately.
