Rest stop

Mr M and I went to a wine festival on Seneca Lake in New York today.  Along the drive we came upon this large group of snow geese.  We saw them as they were coming in to land, which was quite a sight, but I wasn't quick enough with the camera to catch that.  Later in the afternoon we noticed a car pulled over to the side of the road, with a camera.  So we stopped too - and saw what they were photographing.  It was an albino deer, pure white.  I've heard of them, but have never seen one.  I did get a few pictures, but they are not sharp since he was behind a chain link fence and I wasn't very close.

The weather was much more mild today - beautiful blue sky.
