Packing up

Hustle and bustle around the house today, as Miracle Mary and handyman Ronaldo moved furniture around in preparation for HH's graduation to the second floor and a visit by our nephew and family. Then decided after the physio's visit that the ground floor is still the best option till they arrive, so another bed came downstairs for HH and I'll be spending a few more nights on the sofa..

Off to the doctor's to have HH's stitches removed, and with luck he'll be cleared to walk with just one crutch next week. From there to do an X-ray to make sure that the implant is behaving itself. The X-ray people didn't think the doctor had filled the form in right, so I had to hot-foot it back to the surgery to get another form. My feet just happened to stray towards the beach on the way there, as the sky offered blipportunities.

HH walked the two long blocks back from the X-ray place, with the help of the walking frame. Sterling stuff!
