Strawberry Jam

Missy Ann's latest accomplishment is a bunch of jars of homemade strawberry jam.  For some reason the local stores are loaded with strawberries and she took advantage of the abundance.  
We had some dribbled over ice cream tonight but I can't wait to make toast tomorrow morning.
