Prize

The perks of Rockefeller University! We had the nice opportunity today to attend the prize ceremony of the annual Lewis Thomas Prize for Writing About Science. The 2015 prize was awarded to famous mathematicians Ian Stewart and Steven Strogatz. It was an inspiring evening, hearing them discuss the joys of math with none other than Alan Alda! I almost felt like running home and solving an equation!
