....I wonder, as I see the mural of the GSB (Greig Street Bridge) which faces the rear of the Eastgate Centre multi storey car park. I mean he's old and infirm, and listening to music. I also like the planting; those ridiculous cornflowery things. And is that cannabis? I think we should be told.
