Ultra-Sonographer.

E , our sonographer is not just a Super, but an Ultra-Sonographer.  I have been meaning to capture this moment for a while: the clonking of cowbells when E heads down the corridor with one of her transducers. Since it's April 1 today, why not a little silly?
