Dandelion clocks in the churchyard

A lunchtime walk today took me past the little 14th century church of Cofton Hackett. The grass and wildflowers in the churchyard are allowed to grow tall at this time of the year, probably for the benefit of the bluebells. The bluebells are mostly gone over now but there were masses of daisies, buttercups and dandelions.
